To further consolidate the construction of the teaching staff, strengthen the cultivation of teachers' ethics, and enhance their educational and professional skills, Longgao organized a centralized training for teachers. All the teachers threw themselves into the study and discussion with full enthusiasm, gathering strength and recharging for the new semester's teaching and educational work.

The training began with a special session on professional ethics and conduct for teachers. Zhang Qionghui, the principal of the school, led all the teachers to deeply interpret the "Ten Professional Conduct Standards for Teachers in the New Era", clarifying the behavioral boundaries and responsibilities of being a teacher. Subsequently, Xiang Ting, the director of the school office, organized all the middle school teachers to analyze and discuss typical educational cases in groups. By taking these cases as a mirror, they guided the teachers to build a solid ideological defense, adhere to the norms of professional ethics, and remain true to the original intention of education.

During the teachers' book sharing session, the teachers savored the fragrance of books together and sparked intellectual exchanges. Teacher Zuo Bingyu, centering on "Brave New World", raised the question, "Should we be happy or genuine?" Share on the theme and lead everyone to think critically about human nature and value. Teacher Zhang Libeining shared "Teaching Wisdom", focusing on the "struggling" moments in education and explaining the true essence of education that respects students and devotes oneself to nurturing them. Subsequently, the teachers were divided into groups to read together, focusing on Chapter 7 of "Teaching Wit", "The Seven Core Essentials of Teaching Wit". They exchanged and reflected based on their own educational practices and jointly explored how to transform teachers' reading from a single activity into a long-term habit.

During the special training session on moral education safety, Teacher PI from the Student Development Office systematically interpreted the relevant knowledge of campus safety, with a focus on enhancing the risk prevention awareness and emergency response capabilities of all teachers. After the lecture, the teachers were divided into several groups and engaged in a lively discussion around real moral education cases. Representatives from each group took turns to share and exchange, reaching a consensus on campus safety education and strengthening the campus safety defense line.

At the teaching routine training, Chen Jing, the director of the Curriculum Development Office, gave a detailed interpretation of the school's teaching routine management system and introduced the updated "GUIDE Teaching Method" teaching routine Inspection Plan, helping all teachers clarify the various requirements for lesson preparation and teaching research. Subsequently, the teachers conducted exchanges and discussions in groups, sorted out their work ideas in light of their job realities, and answered each other's questions and provided guidance on the doubts and difficulties in teaching. This training camp integrates theoretical study, case analysis, reading and critical thinking, as well as group discussions. It is not only a refinement of thought but also a recharge of professional skills. All the teachers are accumulating knowledge through learning and improving themselves through communication. They will transform what they have learned in the training into practical education, and welcome the new semester with more professional qualities and greater enthusiasm.
