On the afternoon of January 30th, a unique "Emotion Exploration Garden Party" was held in the gymnasium of Longgao High School with great enthusiasm. Through relaxed and interesting interactive experiences, it helped students understand emotions, release stress, enhance psychological resilience, and create a positive and healthy campus psychological atmosphere.

A total of six theme stations were set up on the spot. Each station was ingeniously designed, integrating psychological education with fun experiences, which attracted many students to actively participate. At the "Emotional Color · Release Wall" site, students released their emotions by throwing darts to burst the paint balloons, combining visual and action methods. "Artistic Masks · Emotional Exploration" guides everyone to apply colors to masks to express their inner emotions. "Emotion Scratch Card · Surprise Blind Box" offers random small tasks and positive prompts, spreading warmth and energy. The "Circle Sweetness · Energy Supply" station encourages students to gain happiness through the ring-tossing game. The "Echo of the Heart · Praise Wall" is plastered with words of gratitude and encouragement, fostering the friendship among classmates. The "Answer Wall" has become an interactive corner for listening to confusion and offering comfort.

In the second half of the event, each class organized a sharing session, where students actively exchanged their experiences and insights. Many students said that in the game, they not only relaxed their minds but also learned to face emotions and stress more positively.

This mental health garden party, through immersive and highly interactive methods, integrated mental health knowledge into lively and engaging activities, effectively enhancing students' emotional cognition and self-regulation abilities, and also injecting new vitality into campus mental health education.
