In terms of key time points and application rhythms, Zeng Zhen, the deputy director of the Overseas Study Service Office, combined the differences in application cycles among various countries/regions, sorted out the timeline from the formulation and confirmation of the overseas study application plan, material preparation to the submission of online applications, clarified the core tasks of each stage, and helped students avoid the passive situation of "rushing to meet deadlines". Regarding the process of formulating and confirming study abroad plans, she elaborated in detail on the principles for modifying application plans and the key points of communication during the plan confirmation process. In addition, considering the frequent usage scenarios of electronic devices in study abroad applications, the presentation also particularly emphasized the norms for the use of electronic devices, covering the conditions for obtaining usage qualifications, the management process of electronic devices, and the handling of violations, etc. Director Zeng also answered common questions in the application for studying abroad, effectively eliminating everyone's concerns about preparation.
