Recently, in order to further enhance teachers' professional qualities and educational capabilities, Longgao has meticulously planned and organized a series of teacher training activities with distinct themes and practical contents. These activities aim to empower all teachers and lay a solid foundation for a good start to the new semester's teaching and educational work.

This summer training program is centered around three core goals: enhancing the effectiveness of education, strengthening teachers' professional ethics, and standardizing teaching routines. The content is rich and highly targeted. In the "Knowledge of Mental Health Education" training program, teachers systematically learned about mental health education knowledge and practical skills, further mastering the methods of paying attention to students' psychological needs and guiding their healthy growth, providing strong support for building harmonious teacher-student relationships.

Professional ethics and conduct are the foundation for a teacher's existence. During the training period, our school successively held two special lectures on teachers' ethics and conduct: First, Vice Principal Zeng Fanxin of the school, in combination with educational policies and the actual situation of the school, deeply interpreted the significant meaning and specific requirements of the construction of teachers' ethics and conduct. Second, the model teachers of the group's professional ethics and conduct gave special lectures. Through sharing their advanced deeds, they guided teachers to adhere to the original intention of education, abide by the bottom line of their profession, internalize the norms of professional ethics in their hearts and externalize them in their actions.

In order to help new teachers quickly adapt to the job requirements, our school has specially organized regular teaching training. During the training, the new teachers thoroughly studied the school's teaching routine management system, covering the entire process requirements such as lesson preparation, teaching, homework correction, and after-class tutoring. They quickly became familiar with the teaching norms and enhanced their teaching management capabilities.

In addition, to enhance the moral education work level of teachers, our school has launched moral education-themed training. Teachers have earnestly studied the key points, difficulties and coping strategies in moral education work, and acquired practical and operational ideas for moral education work, so as to better undertake the fundamental task of "cultivating virtue and nurturing talent" in the future.
