The keynote speaker of this small topic, Mr. Liang Zhou, focused on "How to manage class management and subject teaching for Parents Intervention class directors?" This topic, combined with the case sharing of "eight consecutive questions" and "serial call", organized the homeroom teachers of each grade to discuss the solution together, and after the representatives of each group spoke, Teacher Liang shared his own views based on his own experience. She proposed to grow up with parents, through understanding, empathy, communication, cooperation, so that parents' worries become assured, parents' passive cooperation into active support.
Zeng Fanxin, vice principal of Longgao, concluded that when communicating at home school, it is necessary to reach a consensus with parents through empathy, sincerity and respect, and avoid inappropriate attitudes such as condescending, perverted and self-righteous.
