To comprehensively enhance the professional quality of the teaching staff and further promote educational and teaching reforms, Longgao organized and carried out the 2026 spring semester teacher training activity from June 30th to July 1st. This training camp focused on three major sections: teacher ethics and conduct, moral education, and classroom teaching. All teachers actively participated, and the on-site discussion atmosphere was lively, achieving good results.

During the special training on teachers' ethics and conduct, Principal Zhang Qionghui guided all teachers to adhere to the original intention of education and cultivate noble professional ethics through a combination of policy interpretation and case analysis, further enhancing teachers' sense of responsibility and mission in fostering virtue and nurturing talent.

During the moral education theme training, PI Danwei, a representative of the head teachers, shared his experiences and thoughts on class culture construction and students' habit formation based on his own class management practice. Cui Ruike, a representative of the moral education mentors, gave a special presentation on caring for special students and strategies for communication between home and school. Subsequently, all the teachers were divided into groups to conduct in-depth discussions on the real confusions and difficulties they encountered in daily class management, pooling their wisdom and exchanging ideas, and presenting their achievements. During multiple rounds of presentations, the teachers inspired each other, truly achieving "joint research on problems and sharing of wisdom".

During the teaching section training, Vice Principal Wang Jiang systematically reviewed the exploration process and main achievements of the "GUIDE Teaching Method" in classroom practice over the past year. Xiang Ying, the head of the English group, shared the distinctive approaches and innovative practices of this subject in the curriculum reform. Chen Jing, the director of the Curriculum Office, and Ye Shun, a mathematics teacher, respectively shared their experiences and growth stories in applying the "GUIDE Teaching Method" from the perspectives of a mature teacher and a young teacher.

The grand finale of the training was a roundtable forum on the "GUIDE Teaching Method". Five experienced teachers took the stage and engaged in in-depth dialogues on hot topics such as the classroom implementation strategies of the GUIDE teaching method and the stimulation of students' subjectivity. After the guests on stage shared their insightful views, a question-and-answer channel was opened on the spot, allowing people to consult the teachers on stage about their confusion and thoughts during practical operations. Five teachers patiently answered each question one by one. Their answers were both theoretically profound and practically warm. There was frequent interaction between the stage and the audience, bringing the entire training to a climax.

This teacher training camp is solid in content and diverse in form, featuring both ideological guidance and practical operation instructions, as well as experience sharing and intellectual exchanges. Teachers all expressed that they would take this training camp as an opportunity to transform their learning achievements into practical actions in the new semester's teaching and education, and contribute to the high-quality development of the school.
