On the afternoon of October 31st, the second "Principal's Afternoon Tea" parents' meeting of Longgao High School was held in a warm and harmonious atmosphere. The school leaders had a face-to-face exchange with the representatives of the parents of the first-year high school students, discussing the students' growth together.
At the beginning of the meeting, Principal Zhang Qionghui briefly reviewed the school's work in education and teaching, habit formation and campus activities, and expressed her gratitude to the parents for their support.
Vice Principal Wang Jiang focused on interpreting the unique "Study Abroad Classroom" system of Longgao High School. This system is advanced on a dual-track basis of "weekly student classes" and "monthly parent classes", supplemented by one-on-one college admission guidance, forming a closed loop of home-school co-education. The student classroom systematically explains the world's top universities, advantageous majors and admission requirements, helping students clarify their goals and plan their paths. The parent classes offer professional guidance such as study abroad updates and psychological support, enhancing the synergy between home and school.
The interactive session was filled with a lively atmosphere and received frequent praise from parents. Many parents particularly mentioned the school's morning exercise activities and the GUIDE teaching method. They said that early exercise significantly improved children's physical fitness and vitality. The GUIDE teaching rules have effectively stimulated children's learning initiative and exploration ability, and these measures have all received sincere recognition and praise from parents.
This symposium was brief yet efficient. Through candid communication, it further consolidated the consensus between home and school, laying a more solid foundation for the healthy growth of students.
