To enhance teachers' educational capabilities and management skills, the summer teacher training activity of Longgao High School was successfully held on the morning of July 2nd. This training focused on the daily management of the class and the moral education of students. It was led by Fu Zhilong, the director of the Student Development Office, and all the teachers participated together.

During the training, Director Fu innovatively adopted the form of scenario reproduction, problem analysis and solution, presenting common and thorny issues in class management and typical cases in students' moral education work through simulated scenarios, guiding teachers to think deeply. To fully mobilize the enthusiasm of participants, the training set up a variety of interactive sections, such as encouraging teachers to actively share their own experiences and solutions, and the on-site communication atmosphere was very lively. By using the "lucky wheel", teachers' speeches are randomly selected to encourage each teacher to engage in thinking. Convey the topic in the form of "passing the flower while beating the drum", integrating the relaxed sense of game into the serious teaching discussion.

This training was based on the actual teaching needs. By integrating theory with practice and emphasizing both interaction and reflection, it provided teachers with new ideas and methods for class management and student moral education, laying a solid foundation for the orderly development of educational and teaching work in the new semester.
