On the afternoon of June 6th, Longgao held a heartwarming and caring activity to assist the disabled. The event covers various aspects such as assisting disabled children in rehabilitation training, making charitable donations and distributing supplies, conveying care and warmth through practical actions.
During the event, student volunteers from our school came to the rehabilitation center to assist disabled children in their rehabilitation training. The volunteers patiently guided the children in training such as body coordination and language communication. With encouraging words and friendly interactions, they made the children feel cared for in a relaxed atmosphere and enhanced their confidence in recovery.
The funds for this charity donation and material purchase originated from the charity sale event held by the teachers and students of our school during the junior high school food festival. The students transformed into "little shopkeepers", carefully preparing food stalls and raising funds through enthusiastic hawking and creative marketing. Ultimately, the funds raised were used for the purchase of supplies and to support the twin sisters who had been helped before, continuing the warm story between our school and these sisters.
At the site of material distribution, student representatives delivered bread, milk and other caring supplies to the recipients. Our school has previously organized many charity donation activities for the disabled, with individual students, classes and the school as units. The spirit of helping the disabled has been deeply integrated into the campus culture.
This event not only brought warmth and hope to the disabled community, but also enabled the concept of "helping the disabled and the weak" to take root and sprout in the hearts of teachers and students. In the future, our school will continue to fulfill its social responsibilities, keep spreading love without end, and build a warmer campus civilization with concrete actions.
