Students from Longgao have shone brightly on the international stage, achieving excellent results in multiple competitions

Recently, good news has been coming in frequently from international academic competitions. Students from Longgao have performed outstandingly in major events in fields such as chemistry, mathematics, and physics, winning multiple awards. With their solid academic foundation and outstanding innovation capabilities, they have shone brightly on the international stage.

In the 2025 Canadian Chemistry Assessment (CCC), students from our school demonstrated a profound foundation in the field of chemistry and achieved outstanding results. Among them, two students won the Global Excellence Award, three won the National Silver Award, and four won the National Bronze Award. The Canadian Chemistry Assessment, hosted by the Canadian Chemical Society, is a highly authoritative and professional chemistry competition that places extremely high demands on students' chemical knowledge reserves, experimental analysis capabilities, and problem-solving skills. This award-winning achievement fully demonstrates the strong strength of our students in the field of chemistry.

In terms of mathematics competitions, in the highly anticipated 2025 Euclid Mathematics Contest, seven students from our school successfully made it into the top 25% globally with their outstanding mathematical thinking and rigorous logical reasoning abilities. As a high-profile competition held by the University of Waterloo in Canada, the Euclid Mathematics Contest is renowned for its highly challenging questions and global recognition. It serves as an important platform for mathematics enthusiasts around the world to exchange ideas and learn from each other. The outstanding achievements made this time highlight the remarkable performance of our students in the field of mathematics.

In the 2025 UK Physics Assessment, students from our school also achieved remarkable results. In the Intermediate Physics Assessment (IPC), five students won the Global Bronze Award I and four students won the Global Bronze Award II. In the Advanced Physics Assessment (SPC), one student won the global silver award. The UK Physics Assessment, hosted by the Organizing Committee of the UK Physics Olympiad, aims to stimulate students' interest in the physics discipline and enhance their academic inquiry abilities. This year, the number and quality of awards won are both excellent, fully demonstrating the research spirit and innovative ability of our students in the physics discipline.
