On April 12, International High School held the March Teachers' Meeting for the Spring Semester 2021.

The first item on the agenda of the conference was to award awards to outstanding and exemplary teachers. Mr. Wu Xianzhi, who is kind to students, practical and careful to work, and generous to colleagues, and Ms. Xiang Ting, who takes on several responsibilities without complaint or regret, bravely takes on heavy burdens and cares for subordinates, won the Principal's Special Award. The economic team, who united and worked hard, prepared meticulously and made themselves famous, won the Principal's Special Award.

Then, Ms. Li Jingwen, as the leader of the NEC competition, shared her experience with us. The regrettable twists and turns in the competition process, the heart course and the successful experience were detailed and wonderful sharing.

At the meeting, Ms. Ting from the school office reviewed and summarized the work in March. The routine work of each department was carried out in an orderly manner, and the activities organized by each department also had their own highlights. Then, Ms. Xiang Ting, as the representative of the department, made arrangements and plans for the work in April.

At last, the principal Li Hongnian made a summary speech from three aspects: rules and regulations, beginner's mentality and key work in the enrollment season, and put forward strict requirements and ardent expectations for all teachers. Strictly abide by the teachers' standards, strive to improve the teaching level, actively learn multi-disciplinary knowledge, to build a professional superb, noble teacher ethics, reasonable structure, all-round development of the team of teachers.
