On the afternoon of December 7th, International High School held the third meeting of all head and deputy head teachers. This meeting was chaired by Fu Zhilong, Director of Student Development Office. All the head and deputy head teachers attended the meeting.
Teacher Wu Xianzhi from Student Development Office summed up the work in November. In November, various activities of the international high school were carried out in an orderly manner. The prevention and control of the epidemic did not relax, and the discipline of self-study classes became better and better. In the evaluation of class culture construction, Class 1802, Class 1803 and Class 1801 respectively won the first, second and third prizes, which were commended by the School Development Office.
In the sharing session with the head teachers, Ms. Liang Zhou discussed with the teachers how to get along with high school students based on the recent hot news, the psychological problems of teenagers and the experience of leading a class in the past six months. The three head teachers of Grade 19 shared their stories about getting along with the students. Fu Zhilong shared the key word tolerance, Yi Wansheng shared the key word encouragement, and Pidanbi shared the key word moral education. The story was true and meaningful, and all the teachers were moved.
Fu Zhilong, the director of the student development office, concluded by stressing that safety is the top priority and that teachers should pay more attention to students' physical safety as well as their mental health. At the same time, safety issues related to epidemic prevention and control should not be slack at all. Relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control of the school should be strictly followed. Morning and afternoon inspection and ventilation should be done well every day. Teachers should also have a sense of responsibility, temperature and attitude to get along with students.
